Twiglight Series~ Always my favorite as is most every female that reads it. LDS author Stephenie Meyer does a great job of making the unreal seem real! And by the way, Edward still visits me nightly!
Goose Girl Series~ A favorite for young readers as well as us more mature women. Set in a Regency period, this LDS author gives us romance and adventure set in a fairy tale setting. The author, Shannon Hale also writes my other favorite, Austenland. However, her new book, 1,000 Days is not quite as good. Don't bother. I am currently reading her book, Princess Academy and I realize why it got an award for younger readers.
The Gable faces East and The Gables against the Sky~ These popular books by Anita Stansfield, an LDS author, are something to get your cardio pumping. I love it when LDS women are real! In her second book, the character called Michael totally competes with Edward for my love! Whew! My other favorite of hers is Towers of Briarly. I still pretend I'm the main female character.
Children of the Promise and Hearts of the Children~ LDS author Dean Hughes did a good job of mixing world history, church history and Love all in a series of 10 books! Not too much cardio but very inspiring.

Jane Austen In Scarsdale or Love, Death and the S.A.T.s
By: Paula Marantz Cohen
*** 3 stars
This was a really cute book and humorous as well. It's a spin on Jane Austen's Persuasion. It was a nice light read. (I enjoy fluff) The college application process in this story brings laughter.
